- Kindly register yourself with the same mobile no. and complete contact details.
- Enter your valid Chassis Number (VIN - Vehicle Identification Number) to proceed.
- Activation of the offer may take upto 24 hours, thereafter you can redeem the gift.
- Please click on “Redeem Your Gift” and upload a scanned Image/Photo of Vehicle Invoice and Insurance Cover Note (full page containing your name, chassis number and other required details)
- After uploading the required document/s, you will get an acknowledgment number. Please note down that acknowledgment number or take a screenshot for future reference/correspondence with us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – e-Scratch Card
- Dealerships of JSW MG Motor India Private Limited ("Company") offers Scratch & Win An Assured Gift ("Gift/Voucher") to all its customers on booking any MG Car between 5th December'2025 to 7th December'2025 and also taking delivery by 31st December’2025 anywhere in India (except Tamil Nadu). Eligible customers ("end-customers") can avail the winning "Gift" upon fulfilling the terms and conditions mentioned herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Dealers, Sales Executives, Dealership staff, and employees of the Company).
- This Scratch & Win promotion is a trade promotion scheme offered by the Company. Each eligible purchase entitles the customer to receive a digital scratch card via SMS Link carrying an assured gift/reward. The nature, type, or value of the reward may vary; however, every participant is assured of a benefit.
- Participation in this Scratch & Win promotion is absolutely free and optional. Customers are not required to pay any additional charges to participate. The vehicles are available for purchase at the same price, with or without participation in this promotional offer.
- This offer is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above. Employees, distributors, agents, and their immediate family members connected with the Company or its dealerships are not eligible to participate.
- The Company has the sole right to withdraw or extend the offer period at any time without prior notice.
- Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. (CNPL) reserves the right to replace the gift won by the customer with any other brand/model of similar or potentially higher MRP in the event that a product is discontinued by the manufacturer or unavailable in the market.
- Customers will be eligible to redeem the gift only after uploading all the required documents and upon our receipt of the same by us.
- Proof of uploading the required documents does not serve as proof of receipt. Customers will receive an SMS within three working days to confirm the receipt of the documents. If no confirmation is received, customers can call our Helpline No. 80100-99999 from 10:30 am to 05:30 pm on working days (Monday to Friday, except National/Bank Holidays) to check the status of the gift.
In order to redeem the gift, eligible customers have to directly upload the following documents at the website mentioned herein.
a) Scanned image/photo of the Vehicle Invoice
b) Scanned image/photo of the Insurance Cover Note (full page containing your name, chassis number and other required details).Note: Please ensure that all content is clearly visible in the scanned image/photo.
- All gifts will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulations, as and when applicable. If any gift item is subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), the winners will be responsible for bearing the TDS amount and it should be paid upon request before dispatching the gift.
- The redemption period to submit your request to redeem the gift is between 10th January’2026 to 31st March’2026.
- The assured gift cannot be substituted, exchanged, or encashed with any other product or service. All sizes of the gifts are standard, and requests for specific sizes, color, design, or style will not be entertained. In the case of electronic products, defects must be reported within one month from the date of gift received by the customer/recipient, as replacements will not be provided after this period.
Trip to London (subject to maximum upto ₹3 Lacs) includes: Return Economy Flight Ticket to London from New Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Kolkata for a Couple, 4 Nights Hotel Accommodation (on twin sharing basis) with daily Breakfast at 3 Star Hotel. At-least 30 days prior notice is required with 3 optional check-in dates to process the booking. Check-in & Check-out timings will be as per the Hotel‘s policy. Last Date to book the trip is 30th April’2026. Booking is subject to availability. This offer does not include the Dussehra/Diwali holiday period or 20th December’2025 through 3rd January’2026. The winner should have a valid Passport & valid Visa and shall be solely responsible for obtaining and completing all Visa requirements.
note: Please note that if no direct flight is available from the departure city, we may book a stopover flight (flight with 1 or maximum 2 stops) for the customer, subject to availability, as per the terms & conditions. In case of non-availability, we may offer the winner a Travel Gift Card with the same value.
- CNPL reserves the right to add a few more gift options under "Choose Your Gift" for you to select from the combined list. All additional options are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the company.
- Only one e-Scratch Card Link per customer/mobile no. can be redeemed against the purchase. Please allow us 4-6 weeks’ time to dispatch the Gift from the date of document submission. Force Majeure applicable.
- Any suggestions or complaints related to this offer discussed over the telephone will not be considered. All suggestions and complaints must be provided in writing to support@redeemyourgift.com
- CNPL reserves the right to contact you via any means, including but not limited to call, SMS, email, and automated calls, regarding this offer. This includes receiving gift requests, dispatching the gift, and other related communications.
- Any person taking advantage of this offer does so by fully accepting the terms and conditions. Gift requests that do not comply with the terms and conditions will be disqualified. Illegible, incomplete, invalid, wrongly filled, or manipulated request forms will be rejected. Required documents uploaded by the channel partners to redeem the gift on behalf of the customers may also be rejected.
- Any disputes, if arising, will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court, to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
